Purchased this machine in February 2009. 5/9/09 froze completely. Will not load the operating system does not work the keyboard / mouse, hard to start in Safe Mode which freezes well. I contacted Acer for a refund, but in the meantime, avoid this model like the plague! There are a lot of computers - this model - is sold to a major online auction site as "broken, not loaded. I would have much more to read the reviews before buying mine.
I do not condemn all Acer products, but since this is my first - time is my own. Go with a brand that is fully supported by both the dealer and manufacturer.
